Our Company was established in 1966, Kadikoy/ISTANBUL as OTO NEDIM by Mr. A.Sefai KIRIKOGLU. We enetred the Automotive Sector with marketing and sales of the Auto Electrical Parts for every type of vehicles. Mr. M.Nedim KIRIKOGLU joined the company within the same year of establishment. After the death of our Founder Mr. A.Sefai KIRIKOGLU, management of the company passed to Mr. Nedim KIRIKOGLU in 1982.
Our company was dealed with the marketing and sales of the Auto Electrical Parts 2 more years and Mr. M. Nedim KIRIKOGLU decided to enter Auto Spare Parts Sector based on the demands of spare parts come through our company. As a first step, He decided on the sector that he will deal with, and Mr. M.Nedim KIRIKOGLU made the begining with signing an agreement with Anadolu Isuzu Otomotiv Sanayi for Authorized Dealership of the Isuzu Spare Parsts Sale in 1984. According to this agreement, our company first met with the Japan Spare Part Sector with Isuzu Commercial Vehicles under the company name of OTO NEDIM.
After 6 years experience was gained in the Auto Spare Parts Sector as a authorized dealer in Isuzu, Mr. M.Nedim KIRIKOGLU quited from the authorized dealership to widen the product range and to make our company worldwide in 1990. After 2 years of preparation period, Acar Makina ve Otomotiv Sanayi Ticaret Limited Sirketi was established as a import, export and wholesale of japan auto spare parts “especially in the highly specialized field of Isuzu spare parts” in 1992, Üsküdar/ISTANBUL.
We moved to a building which was nearly 1000 m2 area capatiry at Keyap Site, Ümraniye/Istanbul in July 2002. This movement provided us to increase in the effiecieny of stock, dispatch control and managements. We continued our activity within the same building till April 2008. We have also our own real estate, and decided to move there to reach more global and modern appereance. For this purpose, we started renewing and modernization of our own building within the KEYAP Site, Ümraniye. We have been working at our new modernized building in July 2008 with a 1500 m2 area capacity till now.
